Five open houses on my street, all empty
Walked past five different open houses this weekend. Saw maybe two cars total. Sellers are still pricing like it's 2022 and buyers are nowhere. When does the actual reset hit, or are we just stuck in this standoff for years?

stuck for years probably. nobody with a 3% mortgage is selling unless they have to, and nobody is buying at these rates. it's just frozen
